Notepad2

Great alternative to the Windows notepad.

All the Windows operating systems have a notepad that can come in handy on some occasions, but it lacks many functions that can come in very handy to lots of users. Notepad2 is a good substitute for the Windows utility, because it includes such interesting functions like compatibility with HTML, PHP, CSS, Java, Visual Basic, Pascal, Assembly, SQL ASP, C/C++ and Javascript, among other languages, as well as the function to drag and drop contents directly to the program.

  Other features of this text editor that are worth highlighting are the option to look inside the contents and replace text, customize keyboard shortcuts to perform some functions, apply the zoom of our choice to see each line properly, and support for color codes.

  In what regards to the interface, Notepad2 is very clear and includes a function thanks to which we can make the editing window to be transparent, so that we can see the document or application that is underneath.
